Blackhorse Revival — is making waves and kicking
down doors in the Southern Rock music world; blending a red dirt rocking sound
with inspirational words! Blackhorse
Revival has just taken their rocking performance internationally; signing with
Cauldron Soundwerx for international distribution. BHR’s music blends the red dirt of Credence, the poetry and
sensuality of The Doors, the funky sixties/seventies groove of Grand Funk Railroad,
and the American rocking blues of the Allman Brothers. Thrown into the mix is the Southern style of
Skynyrd along with the deep musical theories of Pink Floyd.
Hard knocks and solid beliefs have forged this
band. Staying true to themselves and
true to their music; Blackhorse Revival could easily be the soundtrack to a
beer and a rack of ribs or a cappuccino and a bagel; going from raucous to
reflective.
A message of hope and a sense of belonging to one
greater than themselves permeate the lyrics of Blackhorse Revival. All the while holding the ability to rock your
world!
BHR is in the process of releasing their first full
length release, titled ‘The Ballad of Hezekiah Crowe’ in the Kansas City based
studio, Audio Cave Recording.
